WEEKENDS AS NEEDED
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Customer Support team as an Office or Remote Email Chat Support. In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via email and chat. This position offers the flexibility to work either in our office or remotely, depending on your preference.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via email and chat
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service
• Collaborate with other team members to address customer needs
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications:
• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in customer service or support role preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
