We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Support team as an Office or Off Site Live Chat Support. In this role, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers through live chat on our website. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers resolve their issues efficiently.Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chatAssist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processingEscalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolutionMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactionsMonitor chat queue and ensure timely responses to customer inquiriesQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentPrior experience in customer service or support role preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in typing and navigating computer systemsSkills:Strong problem-solving skillsAttention to detailAbility to remain calm under pressureTeam player with a positive attitudeCompensation Range: $55K - $60K
