Role Description We are seeking a part time to full-time Office Manager to join our team in Hingham, MA. This remote role involves overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and maintaining office equipment to ensure a productive work environment. The Office Manager will also interact with customers, handle inquiries, and provide exceptional service to facilitate smooth communication and operations across departments. Qualifications β’ Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and vendors in a professional manner. β’ Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, including scheduling, organization, and workflow management. β’ Maintaining project level accounting organization including invoice management, vendor management, insurance documents, client billing, etc . β’ Familiarity with operating and maintaining Office Equipment such as printers, scanners, and phone systems in a plus but not required. β’ Highly organized with attention to detail with strong time management skills. β’ Proficient in using office software systems, such as Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent. β’ Previous experience in office management, administration, accounting, β’ or a related field is preferred. β’ Bachelorβs degree is required.
