WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Ā Answer taxpayer inquiries in person & over the phone
Ā Research, maintain, & update tax accounts based on information provided
Ā Process tax forms/mail & post payments to proper accounts
Ā Complete all tasks in a timely manner while meeting company standards
Ā Additional duties may be assigned
SCHEDULE + LOCATION:
Ā Full-time schedule: Mon - Fri, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Ā No weekends!
Ā On-site in our Allentown, PA office
Ā Once released from training (~4-6 months), hybrid (office/remote) work environment is available for this position as business needs dictate and if performance is maintained

Ā High School Diploma or equivalent
Ā Minimum 1-3 months related experience and/or training
Ā Must be Bilingual, English & Spanish speaking
Ā Reliable transportation to outer offices and tax sit-ins
Ā Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations
Ā Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
Ā Situation analysis and problem-solving skills
Ā Ability to sit for long periods of time
