What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review imaged documents as part of the RADVP Real ID process
- Proctor online exams and ensure a secure testing environment
- Exercise sound judgment and take initiative in performing assigned tasks
- Maintain a high level of accountability and confidentiality
- Collaborate with the Office Services Supervisor to meet operational needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be eligible for appointment and authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to type at a minimum speed as designated on the Class Specifications
- Completion of a background investigation prior to hire
- Experience in clerical or office support roles
- Must submit a valid typing certificate confirming minimum typing speed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with document review and examination proctoring
- Familiarity with DMV processes and operations
- Proficiency in operating personal computers and related software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
