Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist with printing, photocopying, filing, and organizing departmental materials.Support faculty and staff with data entry.Update departmental bulletin boards, digital calendars, and event signage. Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office and lobby area.Perform basic errands across campus as needed (mailroom, print shop, etc.).Other duties as assigned by the department chair, administrative assistant, or faculty. Minimum RequirementsMust have accepted a Federal Work Study award from the Office of student Finance.Enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits for the employed academic semesterSuccessful completion of a Criminal History Background CheckIn compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the US and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
