Seeking a talented Office Assistant to support the Branch Manager directly. This role will be customer facing and require the ability to multi-task, be adaptable, and detailed.
Responsibilities:
1. Back office work including paperwork, coordinating, and working with specific industry procedures.
2. Support customers and Branch manager.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an office assistant or similar role.
2. Experience in the Environmental consulting industry and knowledge of procedures and industry language.
3. Desire to provide excellent customer service.
