Duties

ā¢ Handle complaints and resolve issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
ā¢ Document interactions with customers accurately in the system for future reference.
ā¢ Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
ā¢ Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide informed support.
Experience
ā¢ Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
ā¢ Excellent phone etiquette with clear communication skills in English; bilingual
ā¢ Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and customer management.
ā¢ Ability to analyze situations quickly and make sound decisions under pressure.
ā¢ A passion for helping others and providing top-notch customer support.
