Overview

The Office Administrator will assist the operations team by managing day-to-day activities, coordinating logistics, and ensuring efficient workflow. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

Assists in the preparation of reports, presentations, and operational documents.
• Maintains and updates records, databases, and filing systems.
• Handles incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
• Updates and communicates schedules to relevant stakeholders.
• Inputs and manages data related to operations activities in company systems.
• Generates and distributes operational reports, including performance metrics and project status.
• Analyzes data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Identifies areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of solutions.
• Participates in team meetings to discuss operational challenges and opportunities.
• Supports initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications, Skills & Education Requirements

· Knowledge of all Management System Policies and Objectives

· Computer literate with strong excel, word, outlook skills.

· Effectively communicate at all levels

· Ability to follow and create procedures to support ISO compliance.

· Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.

· Excellent listening skills.

· Strong written communication skills.

· Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.

· Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.

· Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

High level of integrity and work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.59 - $16.27 per hour
