CIE Property Management & Consulting Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office & Accounting Administrator to join their team. This entry-level role involves various administrative and accounting responsibilities, offering flexibility in work hours to accommodate personal commitments.ResponsibilitiesPerform daily journal entries, bank reconciliations, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasksSupport the team in coordinating audits, ensuring all necessary documentation is organized and accessibleManage condo forms, formal requests, and board package compiling with 100% accuracyMaintain office organization, handle heavy administrative filing, and ensure all compliance standards are metAssist in the preparation of internal reports and administrative packagesCreate owner correspondence, answer phone calls, and respond to general inquiriesAttend and/or take minutes at Board meetings and Annual General Meetings, both in person and virtuallyManage meeting schedules and calendar, while tracking ongoing projectsCoordinate owner and manager requests, supply needs and maintenance schedulesCreation of posters and newsletters, as well as other information material as neededOther duties as requiredSkills1-3 years experience in an administrative or accounting roleExceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skillsA proven track record of being dependable and consistentAbility to learn new software and manage digital filing systems efficientlyBackground in basic accounting or legal/paralegal workBackground as a Paralegal, Legal Administration, or AccountingBenefitsBeing part of an award-winning property management company.A flexible, supportive environment that values reliability and work-life balance.Note: This part-time position does not include a benefits package.Company OverviewAbout Us: Welcome to CIE Property Management & Consulting Inc., your trusted partner in property management and consulting.
