About The Role

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Off Site Work Data Entry Clerk to join our Information Technology department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who excels at handling data with precision and wants the flexibility of working off-site while contributing to a dynamic team environment. In this full-time, hourly role, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data, ensuring it meets the high standards required by our organization.

What You'll Do
• Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems in a timely manner.
• Review and verify data to ensure accuracy and consistency with company standards.
• Identify, investigate, and correct data discrepancies and report any recurring issues.
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity targets for data entry tasks.
• Communicate effectively with internal team members to understand data needs and resolve queries.
• Follow all data entry procedures and adhere to company policies while working remotely.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in a data entry or similar role, with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
• Familiarity with standard software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
• A reliable computer and high-speed internet connection for off-site work.

The pay range for this role is:
22.30 - 35.16 USD per hour(Remote (Anniston, Alabama, US))
