Who We Are Looking For:
The Organizational Development (OD) Specialist will be directly involved with the design and implementation of key organizational development components, including, development of frontline managers, continuous performance management, curriculum development and delivery, and collaborative strategic planning. The OD Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, presenting, and assessing training and professional development programs (both in-person and eLearning), as well as coordinating with others who will deliver these programs. They will also provide direct support and coaching to frontline managers as they develop in their current roles, or for the potential transition into future leadership roles.

What You Will Do:
- Conducts needs analyses to determine the developmental areas of leadership and management programs using such research techniques as focus groups, interviewing, surveys, etc.
- Develop and design training programs to meet the needs of the organization and the participants using a variety of training techniques such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, video, and lectures.
- Aligns current training and development programs to effectively impact organizational strategies.
- Develop evaluation tools to measure, and test effectiveness of development programs.
- Develop individual assessment plans and coach new and existing Frontline Managers in leadership and management development programming.
- Performs tasks such as scheduling classes, creating communications and marketing plans, supporting on-site offerings, preparing reports, monitoring costs.
- Develop and foster strong relationships with leaders and frontline managers.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to clinicians.
