Youâll collaborate closely with school teams, assessing, planning, and implementing therapeutic interventions tailored to each studentâs unique needs.
The ideal candidate will bring:
⢠A Masterâs degree from an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program
⢠Valid Arizona Occupational Therapist licensure
⢠Current IVP fingerprint clearance card (or ability to secure before start date)
⢠Strong understanding of pediatric therapy within school settings
⢠Ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload spanning early childhood to high school
⢠Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
Your responsibilities will include:
⢠Conducting assessments to identify studentsâ OT needs
⢠Developing and executing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families
⢠Supporting student participation and achievement in classroom and school activities
⢠Documenting progress and maintaining compliance with state/school district standards
⢠Serving as a resource and advocate for best practices in OT
