Occupational Therapist Part Time

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to deliver meaningful, one-on-one care that helps patients restore independence, improve function, and return to daily life with confidence. What You’ll Do Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations to determine patient needs and therapy appropriateness Develop, implement, and update individualized Plans of Care Provide skilled OT interventions to improve: Strength, coordination, and range of motion Functional mobility and safety ADL performance (self-care, dressing, bathing, eating, etc.) Assess cognitive, sensory-motor, psychosocial, and environmental factors affecting function Fabricate and maintain splints and adaptive equipment Recommend home/environmental modifications to promote safety and independence Participate in interdisciplinary care planning (IDG) to ensure coordinated patient outcomes Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation (evaluations, progress notes, orders) Follow infection control and safety standards in all patient care activities What We’re Looking For Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing Strong clinical judgment and patient assessment skills Ability to work independently in a home health setting Excellent communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Experience in home health is a plus, but not required Why Join Us Flexible, independent clinical practice Opportunity to truly impact patient recovery in real-world settings Supportive interdisciplinary team environment Meaningful work that changes lives every day Ongoing professional growth and continuing education support Make a Difference Every Day If you're an OT who wants to do more than treat—if you want to restore independence, dignity, and quality of life —we want to hear from you. Requirements Valid Occupational Therapy License 1 year of occupational therapy experience preferred CPR certification Valid Driver’s License & Auto Insurance HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred Physical Demands Must be able to stand, walk, sit, climb, crawl, squat, or kneel for extended periods.
