Occupational Therapist (OT) – Clinical Record Review Consultant (Remote/PRN)
Adapting Life Home Healthcare, a Medicare-certified home health agency headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to serve as an independent consultant for our Clinical Record Review Committee and Quality Assurance Program.
This position is ideal for a licensed OT seeking flexible consulting work with minimal time commitment. Services are performed remotely and on an as-needed basis.
Responsibilities
• Review selected patient clinical records for quality, completeness, and regulatory compliance
• Evaluate occupational therapy documentation and adherence to physician orders and plans of care
• Provide recommendations for quality improvement and corrective actions
• Participate in Clinical Record Review Committee activities as requested
• Complete review forms, audit tools, and quality assurance documentation
• Assist with identifying trends and opportunities for performance improvement
Qualifications
• Current Occupational Therapist license in good standing
• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience
• Home health experience preferred
• Strong understanding of documentation standards and regulatory requirements
• Excellent written communication and analytical skills
• Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality

Pay: $65.00 - $80.00 per hour
