Role--O9 Project Manager (Hands on 09 implementation experience mandatory)
Location -Remote

• Design and implement robust project plans, integrating technical specifications, resource allocation strategies, and timelines to ensure timely delivery of technology solutions.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, addressing potential obstacles early and deploying contingency plans to keep project and program execution on track.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including client business teams, IT teams, and other relevant departments, to define program scope, objectives, and key deliverables that align with overall business strategy.
• Apply advanced analytical techniques to evaluate program performance, uncover areas for improvement, and implement data-informed enhancements that boost operational efficiency and impact.
• Promote agile methodologies and cutting-edge solutions, nurturing an environment of continuous learning, innovation, and adaptability within the project team.
• Coordinate project milestones and deliverable tracking, maintaining clear visibility into project progress and ensuring alignment with performance and quality standards.
• Serve as the key liaison between the client's Product Owner/Business Lead and the solution development team-including Solution Architects and Configuration Leads-to ensure project direction remains consistent, risks are escalated appropriately, and mitigation plans are clearly communicated and aligned.
• Work closely with the business analyst and the customer SPOC to define and allocate functional and technical user stories across sprints, ensuring seamless and strategic implementation.
