Nutrition Coach, Remote and Part-time

Through our integrative care model-including licensed therapists, psychiatrists, and coaches-we empower people to heal and recover from depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar etc.. As we expand into Meru Advanced, a brand-new Meru product where we're bringing together functional psychiatry and our mental health program, we are seeking a passionate Nutriton Coach to join our care team in pioneering and designing this program. This is a part-time, remote position focused on delivering personalized nutrition-based support for individuals with mental health conditions, grounded in nutritional psychiatry and metabolic therapies. What You'll Do • Provide 1:1 virtual coaching to clients focused on nutrition for mental health • Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinicians to integrate nutritional interventions into care plans • Monitor dietary adherence, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust protocols based on progress • Track client metrics and contribute to outcomes-based reporting • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of nutritional psychiatry research and evolving best USApractices • Contribute to patient education resources, handouts, or digital content as needed Who You Are • Deeply passionate about functional medicine, and nutrition-based mental healthcare • Experienced in guiding individuals through various dietary changes, or even elimination-style diets • Comfortable coaching remotely with excellent communication skills • Skilled at creating non-judgmental, empowering relationships with people struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar or other mental illness Qualifications • Degree in Nutrition, Integrative Health, or related field (e.g. MS, MPS, RDN, CNS, FNLP, INHC) • Demonstrated knowledge of: • Nutritional psychiatry • Functional nutrition • Anti-inflammatory protocols • Tech-savvy and fluent in using telehealth platforms • Based in the U.S. and eligible to work Apply tot his job
