Pay Rates by Role

β€’ Registered Nurse (RN): $38.00 – $45.00/hr (based on experience)

β€’ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $31.00 – $37.00/hr (based on experience)

β€’ Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): $18.50 – $21.50/hr (based on experience)

Registered Nurse (RN)
Responsibilities

β€’ Assess and evaluate resident care across the facility

β€’ Supervise nursing staff to meet resident needs in compliance with state and federal regulations

β€’ Conduct nursing assessments and make daily rounds on condition changes, critical residents, and behavioral concerns

β€’ Maintain communication with physicians, families, staff, and the community

β€’ Supervise scheduling consistent with staff education, training, and experience

β€’ Supervise daily accuracy and completeness of resident health records

β€’ Report changes in resident condition to physicians and families promptly

β€’ Audit charts for omissions and errors; investigate incident reports

β€’ Assume charge nurse duties in an emergency as needed

β€’ Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers

Qualifications

β€’ Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with active Colorado RN license

β€’ 1 year of recent experience in long-term care preferred

β€’ Demonstrated skills in management, team building, and communication

β€’ Ability to lift/move objects 50 lbs frequently; up to 100 lbs occasionally

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Responsibilities

β€’ Assess and evaluate resident care; supervise nursing staff and activities

β€’ Coordinate all resident services and facilitate interdisciplinary team communication

β€’ Complete nursing assessments as requested; monitor and report condition changes

β€’ Supervise and maintain the accuracy of resident health records

β€’ Make daily rounds on condition changes, critical residents, and behavioral concerns

β€’ Audit charts for omissions and errors; investigate incident reports

β€’ Support staff orientation and training on facility policies and procedures

β€’ Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers

Qualifications

β€’ Graduate of an accredited LPN program with active Colorado LPN license

β€’ 1 year of recent long-term care experience preferred

β€’ Ability to train new staff on facility policies and procedures

β€’ Ability to lift 50 lbs minimum; strong organizational and communication skills

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

2 openings available β€” Evening and Night shifts.

Responsibilities

β€’ Assist residents with all activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and meal assistance

β€’ Answer resident call lights promptly and respond to needs throughout the shift

β€’ Take and record vital signs; measure and record intake and output

β€’ Assist residents to and from the bathroom; maintain cleanliness for incontinent residents

β€’ Transport residents to activities, therapy, recreation, and other areas of the facility

β€’ Observe and report changes in resident condition, attitude, and appetite to the supervising nurse

β€’ Apply aseptic technique in all resident care to prevent infection

β€’ Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and care of residents in isolation

Qualifications

β€’ Must hold current Colorado CNA certification

β€’ Previous experience in a hospital or nursing home setting preferred

β€’ Ability to lift, push, or pull in excess of 50 lbs; occasionally up to 160 lbs
