Nurse Practitioner Remote On Call Remote Telehealth
Flexible Remote Schedule | On-Call Coverage | $300+ Per Night
Position: Nurse Practitioner (NP) ā Remote On-Call / Telehealth Support
Join Anpex Health and play a critical role in delivering responsive, high-quality care during after-hours coverage. This fully remote position allows you to support patients, facilities, and care teams through a collaborative, telehealth-driven model.
Essential Functions
ā¢ Provide timely response to patient calls, telehealth consults, and facility requests during assigned on-call hours
ā¢ Perform clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications in accordance with state and federal regulations
ā¢ Evaluate and manage acute and chronic medical conditions in a remote setting
ā¢ Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
ā¢ Provide real-time clinical guidance and support to nursing and ancillary staff
ā¢ Support urgent and emergent situations, including facilitating transfers, hospitalizations, or higher levels of care when indicated
ā¢ Document all patient encounters, communications, and clinical decisions accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
ā¢ Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, HIPAA regulations, and infection control standards
ā¢ Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain clinical excellence
Education & Experience
ā¢ Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) program (MSN or DNP)
ā¢ Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
ā¢ Experience in primary care, geriatrics, urgent care, or post-acute settings is a plus
