Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care)

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages.
Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
Prioritize the health and wellbeing of Aetna members above all else.
Assess and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications.
Educate patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices.
Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records.
Maintain current knowledge and stay updated on best practices and advancements in the field of primary care.
Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of nursing practice.
Demonstrate empathy and compassion towards patients and their families.
Act as an advocate for patients and their healthcare needs.
Foster a positive and welcoming environment for patients and their families.
