Job description:
Part-Time (with flexibility to go full-time) Nurse Practitioner β Virtual Hormone & Longevity Practice **must be licensed in at least NY and/or NJ and have strong experience in HRT. Candidates not licensed in at least these states and/or do not have HRT experience will not be considered**
Compensation: Competitive cost-sharing approach, based on experience and licensure
Location: Remote (Must be licensed in at least NY and NJ)
Schedule: Part-time (Flexible hours but at least a 10 hr/week commitment but preferred availability for more)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a contract Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a strong background in hormone and metabolic health to join our virtual care team. You will be responsible for conducting both synchronous (video) and asynchronous consultations and follow-ups, managing patient messages, and developing personalized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Conduct comprehensive hormone and metabolic assessments via telehealth
β’ Complete asynchronous chart reviews and follow-ups as needed
β’ Prescribe and manage hormone replacement therapy (HRT), GLP-1s, and naturopathic supplements
β’ Respond promptly to patient questions and concerns through a secure messaging platform
β’ Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity and quality of care
β’ Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in the EHR
β’ Stay up-to-date with emerging research and best practices in hormone and longevity medicine
Qualifications:
β’ Active NP licensure in New York (NY) and New Jersey (NJ)
β’ Preference given to candidates with additional licenses in independent practice states
β’ Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in hormone health, metabolic medicine required.
β’ Strong knowledge of HRT, GLP-1 therapies, and integrative/naturopathic approaches
β’ Comfortable with telehealth platforms and asynchronous care delivery
β’ Interest in working independently with a business-driven approach for growth
β’ Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a patient-centered approach
