We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner for a locum tenens assignment in Oregon. This opportunity starts on Oct 27, 2025, and spans 48 days, with a flexible schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week from 7:00am to 5:30pm. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in Family Medicine and Urgent Care, be comfortable seeing patients of all ages, and bring a strong background in tribal health settings.Job Details

Responsibilities and Duties
Provide comprehensive care in Family Medicine and Urgent Care settings
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions for patients of all ages
Conduct patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans
Deliver patient education on preventive care and disease management
Document all patient interactions and clinical findings using Nextgen EMR
Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure seamless patient care
Support tribal health initiatives and culturally informed care practices
Additional Information
Must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in Oregon
Tribal health experience strongly preferred
Experience with Family Medicine/Urgent Care required
Proficient use of Nextgen EMR
