Additional Information About the Role
At least 5 years of pediatric RN experience (2 years must be within the PICU, NICU, or pediatric ED). This is a remote position.

• Four 10hr shifts; 7am-5pm
• No weekends, no holidays, no call

Role Purpose
Acts as a patient advocate by providing education, support and interventions throughout the continuum of patient care including pre & post hospitalization. Performs duties by working with physicians to identify and carry out treatment plans.
Responsibilities
• Works with the Medical Director and other physicians to identify and carry out the treatment plan.
• Acts as a Patient Advocate helping to navigate patients through the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation process.
• Serves as a resource to assist patients and families, other professionals and the community.
• Provides education for the community and referring physicians.
• Facilitate clinical protocols established by Medical Director(s).
