​​​​​​​What you will do as a Nurse Coordinator
Make and receive calls from patients and caregivers interested in participating in clinical research studies, providing information and assessing eligibility
Follow a structured 8-hour, 5-day work schedule, including designated breaks and lunch periods
Utilize multiple systems to accurately document and manage patient information while on calls
Follow approved scripts and procedures while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach
Apply active listening skills to gather, confirm, and clarify patient information
Evaluate patient eligibility based on study requirements
Accurately document all interactions in the system in a clear and organized manner
Identify and escalate issues according to standard procedures
Complete all required training and maintain compliance with company and client guidelines
What We're Looking ForActive Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification required (U.S.-based credentials preferred)
Previous call center or telenursing experience is an advantage
Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience required; clinical experience preferred
Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate and explain complex medical terms
Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Must have a quiet, professional home workspace
Reliable access to a computer with high-speed internet (not company-provided)
High proficiency in using online systems, tools, and technology
