This is a full-time remote role for a Nurse at Synergy Vita. The Nurse will be responsible for patient education, providing nutritional guidance, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop holistic care plans. The role includes maintaining medical records, performing health assessments, and staying updated on industry developments to integrate evidence-based practices into patient care.
Qualifications
ā¢ Strong skills in patient education, care coordination, and nutritional guidance.
ā¢ Experience in medical record maintenance, health assessments, and implementing care plans.
ā¢ Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively.
ā¢ Knowledge of systems biology, preventative care, and evidence-based nursing practices.
ā¢ Registered Nurse (RN) license and a valid certification in your practice state.
ā¢ Proficiency in telehealth platforms and remote patient management tools.
ā¢ Passion for promoting health and wellbeing through lifestyle and nutritional interventions.
ā¢ Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
ā¢ Prior experience in integrative or functional medicine is a plus.
ā¢ Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
