As a Remote Client Representative, you'll meet with clients virtually through secure Zoom appointments, helping families understand available benefits and make informed decisions.

What You'll Do
Client Support & Service
Meet with clients through Zoom and virtual platforms
Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
Educate clients on products and services
Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and understanding
Assist clients with applications and required documentation
Relationship Building
Establish trust through professionalism and communication
Maintain ongoing client relationships
Provide personalized support and guidance
Deliver a positive client experience from start to finish
Professional Development
Participate in training and mentorship programs
Attend virtual team meetings and coaching sessions
Continue developing communication and client service skills
Stay current on products, systems, and best practices
