About the Role
Sunbelt Staffing, in partnership with VocoVision, is seeking a licensed School Psychologist to deliver essential virtual psychological services to students throughout Virginia, from the flexibility of your home. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to support student development across academic, social, and emotional domains.
Responsibilities
• Conduct virtual psychological assessments and evaluations for K-12 students.
• Provide counseling and support to students facing academic or emotional challenges.
• Collaborate with educators, school staff, and families to develop and implement intervention strategies.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, offering expert guidance.
• Deliver training and resources to teachers and staff on mental health topics.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with state and federal guidelines.
Qualifications
• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
• Valid Virginia School Psychologist certification or licensure.
• Experience in a school setting is preferred (but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable using teletherapy and virtual platforms for assessments and counseling.
