Job Description We’re looking for an experienced Facebook / Meta Ads Manager to manage and optimize paid social campaigns focused on lead generation. You should be confident navigating Meta’s ad policies, Special Ad Categories, and campaign troubleshooting. Responsibilities Create, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns (lead forms & landing pages) Ensure compliance with Meta ad policies (especially Credit-related ads) Write or refine ad copy and creatives for performance & approvals Monitor performance, troubleshoot disapprovals, and scale winning ads Provide clear reporting and recommendations Requirements Proven experience managing Facebook/Meta Ads (lead gen experience required) Strong understanding of Meta ad policies & ad rejections Ability to work independently and communicate clearly Experience with Special Ad Categories is a must Bonus Experience with automotive or local service businesses Conversion tracking & pixel setup knowledge To Apply Please include: Brief summary of your Meta Ads experience Example of a campaign you managed (results preferred) How you handle ad rejections or policy issues Apply tot his job
