Position Overview
As a Remote Tax Preparer, you will:
• Prepare and file individual and business tax returns accurately and efficiently
• Review financial records to ensure compliance with IRS regulations
• Provide professional customer service and maintain client confidentiality
• Work independently with the support of a strong team and training program
Requirements
✔ Valid PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number) — or ability to obtain one before tax season
✔ Strong attention to detail & willingness to learn
✔ Basic computer skills (you’ll be trained on our software)
✔Self-motivated and able to manage deadlines
✔ Have yourOWN clientele or be willing to get clients
Preferred Experience
• Prior tax preparation experience (not required — training provided)
• Familiarity with federal and state tax laws
• Customer service or sales background a plus
