North Marketing Specialist

SWCA Environmental Consultants is a growing employee-owned firm providing a full spectrum of environmental services. As the North Marketing Specialist, you will support proposal development and collaborate with the Marketing and Pursuits Resources Team to deliver proposals that showcase the team's expertise.ResponsibilitiesProvide proposal support assistance to proposal teams (compiling and tailoring staff resumes, firm project descriptions, and other qualification information; etc.)Maintain Deltek Vision database data and other marketing software tools (vendor registrations, content and photo libraries, etc.)Distribute and track internal decisions for bid solicitations dailyAssist with opportunity and market research projectsSupport business development activities (research, manage data, distribute/track action items, etc.)SkillsA Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Communications, Business, Marketing, or related discipline (degrees in other specialties are acceptable if relevance can be demonstrated)Up to 1 year of prior marketing exposureExcellent attention to detailAbility to complete assigned tasks and multi-task in a busy environmentExceptional communication, listening, and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office suiteCustomer service-oriented and able to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholdersInvolvement in an association or volunteer organization or internshipExperience with formatting in WordExperience managing data, searching and populating databasesExperience working in Deltek Vision, SharePoint, or comparable management information systemExperience working in professional services, preferably in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction or scientific industriesExperience working with Adobe Acrobat Reader and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)BenefitsSWCA’s Total Rewards package, which includes a competitive benefits packageForward-thinking workplace flexibilityOutstanding corporate cultureAward-winning career developmentCompany OverviewSWCA is an environmental consulting firm.
