North American Digital Distribution Coordinator

Radial Entertainment is a global entertainment company operating FilmRise and Shout! Studios brands, and they are seeking a North American Digital Distribution Coordinator to support their digital streaming distribution business. This role involves operational, analytical, and creative tasks to enhance content distribution across North America.ResponsibilitiesOversee monthly and custom client avails, including pulling, validating, and organizing title availability from the rights database into clear, client‑ready materialsMaintain accurate lifecycle data by entering and updating title statuses in the rights database and keeping related sales avails trackers currentCoordinate partner title selections with internal teams (e.g., technical operations, marketing) to support downstream workflowsAnalyze historical partner selections to identify gaps and proactively include high‑value or missing titles to maximize library distributionMaintain internal trackers, submissions lists, trackers and performance documents with a high standard of accuracyInterpret partner performance data and internal reports to help surface trends, opportunities, and areas for optimizationProactively identify inefficiencies or gaps in data organization and propose improvements to tracking systems, templates, or workflowsProvide administrative support for quarterly business reviews and internal presentationsAssist in curating title selections for genre stunts, seasonal programming, themed collections, or specific platform partner asksSupport the development of pitch materials, programming decks, and promotional recommendationsSupport ad hoc research, competitive analysis, and special projects as assignedManage internal documentation, shared drives, and team resourcesAssist with travel coordination, scheduling, expenses, and ad hoc department needsManage and streamline the EVP of Sales’ calendar, coordinating key meetings, travel, and priority commitmentsOversee annual scheduling and administrative logistics for all sales markets, ensuring smooth coordination across regionsSupport onboarding of new teammates on tools and systems when applicableSkills1–2 years of experience in digital distribution, entertainment operations, marketing, or related field (internships welcome)Strong organizational skills with high attention to detailAbility to interpret data and extract meaningful insightsSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and solve problems proactivelyAbility to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills across internal and external groupsProficient in Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, and general database or content‑management toolsGenuine interest in content distribution, digital strategy, and streaming platformsExperience with digital platforms (AVOD/FAST/SVOD/TVOD) or a rights/avails management systemComfort managing large datasets or complex trackersCuriosity about content trends, platform merchandising, and digital programming strategyComfort working with reports and analyzing basic sales or performance dataEnthusiastic and knowledgeable about a wide range of film and television content, supporting effective work with a large and diverse title catalogBenefitsPaid Time Off: Holidays, Vacation, Paid Sick Leave, Personal DaysCompensation: Full benefits package including 401(K) with match, medical, dental, vision, and moreCompany OverviewRadial Entertainment is entertainment company that manages the content brands.
