Represent the company and its values: As a member of the North America retail team, it will be your responsibility to represent The Estée Lauder Companies and its core values to customers and potential customers. Provide exceptional customer service: Your main responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service to all customers in order to ensure a positive shopping experience and promote customer loyalty. Promote and sell products: You will be responsible for actively promoting and selling the company's products to customers, utilizing your knowledge and passion for beauty to make recommendations and meet sales goals. Maintain store appearance: It will be your responsibility to ensure that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times, creating an inviting atmosphere for customers. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge: As a member of the retail team, it will be your responsibility to stay informed about the latest products, trends, and techniques in the beauty industry, and effectively communicate this information to customers. Meet sales targets: You will be responsible for meeting individual and team sales targets, using your strong communication and sales skills to drive sales and contribute to the overall success of the company. Collaborate with team members: You will work closely with your team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the store, supporting each other in achieving common goals. Provide feedback and suggestions: Your input and suggestions will be valued as a member of the team, and you will be responsible for providing feedback to management on customer needs, product performance, and other areas for improvement. Adhere to company policies and procedures: It will be your responsibility to follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, sales, and safety. Continuously improve: You will have the opportunity to continuously improve your skills and knowledge through training and development programs, in order to better serve our customers and contribute to the success of the company.
