I’m looking for an experienced copy editor to polish my nonfiction manuscript before it goes to formatting and publication on Amazon KDP. The book is approximately 250 pages, titled Permission to F*ck Up. It is personal development mixed with storytelling, essays, and self-reflection. The voice is conversational, honest, and modern- I want to preserve my voice while strengthening clarity, grammar, and flow. What I Need 1. A strong copy editor who can: 2. Clean up grammar, punctuation, and sentence clarity 3. Ensure consistency across tone, chapter headings, subhead formatting, and voice 4. Fix tense shifts, spacing issues, and minor structural inconsistencies 5. Smooth awkward phrasing without altering the author’s voice 6.
