NOTE: This job announcement is for counselors located outside Maryland, DC and Virginia. Consider our Resident W-2 Counselor position if living within the D-M-V area. Preference given to residents of WV, DE, FL, TX and CT.

We are currently seeking licensed mental health professionals (LCPCs, LCSW-Cs or equivalent license), who are interested in working as Remote (video-based) W-2 Counselors.

All available positions are commission-based with opportunities to build full or part-time caseloads. One of our practice's mission is to provide affordable counseling to all. Our counselors also have the option to speak at workshops/seminars when requested, and to lead discussion groups.

Our counselors practice with a Christ-centered mindset and evidence based techniques, towards the transformation of individuals, families, and organizations. We work to create a ripple effect of change in thinking, believing, and acting.
• Remote W-2 Counselors will be required to attend online staff meetings, including: monthly all-staff meeting (including breakout groups covering case studies), 1-2 supervisor meetings, and 1-2 colleague meetings.

Job Skills & Requirements:
• Provide individual and family counseling services in your area(s) of expertise.
• Work a minimum number of client hours per week (plus online supervisor and staff meetings each month)
• Effectively integrate Christian/Pastoral Counseling into clinical interventions
• Be able to attend free online CE sessions, including one mandatory spiritual integration-related CE training session per year, hosted by CentrePointe Counseling
• Possess skills to self-start and work independently
• Receive supervision from supervisor/peers and collaborate with skilled staff team
• Perform administrative tasks: maintaining electronic health record, scheduling, and accepting calls from potential clients.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills for interactions with clients, churches and communities, and referral sources.
• Independently advertise and build relationships in the community
• Maintain current knowledge on ethics/laws and license for your state of residence, as a LCPC/LPC, LCSW-C, or LCMFT.
• *Remote Counselors will be required to be licensed in Maryland
