Non-QM Wholesale Account Manager
Description:
Primarily responsibilities include managing customer relationships and taking all necessary steps in accordance with internal policies and procedures to bring loans to a close status. This will include working with clients and vendors and conducting in-house operations from sales to funding. Must adhere to the established turn-around time and productivity goal.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Main contact and support between Brokers and all other internal departments, including Sales, Underwriting, Docs, and Funding, while maintaining high customer service.
ā¢ Monitor and manage a large pipeline to ensure timely funding of loans.
ā¢ Order and verify third-party services as it pertains to the loan.
ā¢ Ensure all deadlines concerning approval letters, Status requests, cancellations, and declinations are met.
ā¢ Monitor all incoming documents & verify data.
ā¢ Obtain necessary provisions from brokers and clear any provisions before submitting the loan to underwriting.
ā¢ All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
ā¢ Minimum of three (3) years of mortgage Account Manager or loan processing experience.
ā¢ In-depth knowledge of all guidelines.
ā¢ Nonqm product knowledge is a huge plus.
ā¢ Familiarity with LendingQB/Meridian Link.
ā¢ Able to demonstrate a proactive, hardworking, flexible, and able to work under their own initiative but also a team player.
ā¢ Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products.
ā¢ Strong customer service and time management skills are a must.
ā¢ Highly motivated and determined to succeed in a competitive, time-sensitive industry
ā¢ A high degree of attention to detail.
ā¢ Demonstrated high organizational skills.
ā¢ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
