Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our contact center staff
Assess training needs and create customized training solutions to address gaps in performance
Collaborate with our leadership team to establish training goals and objectives, and develop strategies to achieve them
Design and implement curriculum to support our service vision and quality initiatives
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and coaching sessions to ensure staff have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in adult learning and training methodologies
Requirements:
Associate's degree in Education, Organizational Development, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in facilitating classroom training, instructional design, and adult learning
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate adult learners
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
