We combine elite-level digital branding, recruiting tools, and NIL (Name, Image, Likeness) services to empower athletes at all levelsâfrom high school to collegeâto stand out to coaches, brands, and fans.
Through our media services, merchandise line, and athlete marketing SaaS platform, we provide resources that drive real results in recruiting exposure and NIL deal flow.
Position Overview:
Weâre seeking driven, outgoing student-athletes or former club-sport members to join MAD as interns. Youâll play a key role in spreading awareness of MAD's services, helping athletes build their brands, and earning commissions for each referral or signup you generate.
This is more than just an internshipâitâs an opportunity to be part of a movement transforming how athletes are recruited and paid.
What Youâll Do:
⢠Introduce MAD's platform to your network of student-athletes
⢠Help teammates and peers understand how to grow their personal brand for recruiting and NIL
⢠Assist athletes in signing up for our MAD social media SaaS packages
⢠Share educational content about branding, exposure, and sponsorship opportunities
⢠Attend virtual check-ins and monthly team training sessions
⢠Represent the MAD brand with professionalism and purpose on your campus and online
Who You Are:
⢠A current student-athlete or recent athlete (club or varsity level)
⢠Passionate about sports, branding, and athlete empowerment
⢠Comfortable using social media and talking with other athletes
⢠A leader or connector in your campus athletic community
⢠Eager to earn real-world experience in sports marketing, athlete advocacy, or NIL services
Compensation:

⢠Commission on each signup to MADâs paid athlete branding packages
⢠Bonuses for hitting team and individual milestones
