The position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, allowing for flexibility in scheduling while delivering meaningful, one-on-one patient care.
Responsibilities
Ā Delivering specialized care for a patient with trach, vent, and G-tube.

Ā Monitoring the patient's respiratory and nutritional health during shifts.

Ā Administering medications and tube feedings.
,
Ā Performing routine assessments, interventions, and adjustments as necessary.

Ā Communicating with the care team and maintaining accurate patient records.

Ā Developing strong, supportive relationships with the patient and their family.
Requirements
Ā Current Colorado LPN license.

Ā Experience with trach, vent, and G-tube care preferred.
,
Ā Current BLS/CPR certification.
,
Ā Strong clinical and communication skills.
,
Ā Ability to work independently in a home care setting.
,
Ā A compassionate, patient-focused approach to nursing.
