Night Shift Customer Service Representative (Remote) - Join Our Team!
We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our night shift team, working remotely from the comfort of your own home. As a critical member of our 3rd shift operations, you'll play a vital role in ensuring top-notch customer service and driver support during overnight hours. Shift Details: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. CST. Please note that while this is a remote position, you must live within 35 miles of Kaukauna, WI, to facilitate in-office training.
About the Role: As a Night Shift Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
Scheduling, assigning, and monitoring loads using TruckMate or similar Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
Communicating with drivers and driver managers to align schedules and priorities
Monitoring load progress to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
Addressing customer and driver concerns with professionalism and clarity
Balancing the needs of drivers, dispatchers, and customers to ensure smooth night operations
Maintaining accurate records and inputting updates within our systems
What We're Looking For:
Prior experience in a transportation, dispatch, or logistics support role
Familiarity with TruckMate or similar TMS (a strong plus)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Ability to stay organized and focused during overnight hours
Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
Must be located in the U.S. and authorized to work in the U.S.
