Ā Virginia DPOR Esthetics or Master Esthetics Instructor License in the STATE OF VIRGINIA!
Ā Should have experience with Microsoft Office/Google applications, experience with email and Internet communications

Position: Part-time 6:00pm-10:00pm, Tuesday & Thursday, non-exempt: Online
Salary: $30 hour
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Basic Esthetics instructor to join our incredible team. You have a pivotal role in teaching students in mastering skills associated with fundamental and advanced techniques in skincare.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Licensed in the state of Virginia
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively explain complex concepts and techniques to students with varying levels of understanding.
Patient and Supportive: Ability to provide patient guidance and support to students as they develop high-level competencies.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to assist in preparing instructional materials, coordinating activities, and managing student records.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with the instructor, students, and other teaching assistants to create a positive and productive learning environment.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure prompt communication in an in person/virtual environment.
Professionalism: Maintain a professional and ethical demeanor while interacting with students, colleagues, and staff members.
Continuous Learning: A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with advancements in the field of acupuncture. Must stay on top of all your licensing requirements.
Responsibilities: Including but not limited to:
Ā Assuring the provision of high-quality discussions, learning, and communication
Ā Grading course materials such as quizzes, and tests
Ā Must be able to follow and comply with all state compliance laws/requirements i.e. HIPAA
Ā Prepare and present program material to meet program/course objectives i.e. PowerPoint slides and class assignments.
Ā Maintain accurate student attendance, assignments, and grades in STARS.
Ā Assuring the provision of high-quality discussions, learning, and communication.
Ā Grading course materials such as papers, quizzes, and tests.
Ā Assisting students with navigating in an online or in person environment.
