Your Responsibilities
Monitor gaming and entertainment news cycles, trending topics and community conversations to surface timely content opportunities
Work closely with editors and writers to align social distribution with editorial priorities and publishing schedules
Comfortable working independently while meeting deadlines
Comfortable covering news in a timely manner
Ensure timely publication of relevant content aligned with SEO and engagement goals
Follow editorial and formatting guidelines rigorously

Experience and Skills
At least 2 years experience in digital journalism or online publishing
Ability to independently write and publish clean, accurate content on tight deadlines
Strong understanding of gaming culture, internet trends, memes, and online communities
Passion for video games, entertainment, and digital storytelling
Familiarity with SEO and CMS tools
