What You’ll Be Doing: Staying in touch with leads and turning conversations into closings Creating strong client relationships that lead to repeat and referral business Meeting with buyers and sellers to give honest, helpful advice Running showings and helping motivated buyers take action Managing deals from start to finish with steady communication Finding new business through consistent outreach and networking Tracking market trends so you can give your clients useful insights
What You’ll Need: An active real estate license Comfort using tech and learning new tools Strong communication, negotiation, and people skills Motivation and follow-through—you take action and stick with it Good organization and time management to keep deals moving This is a fully remote position. All admin and back office work is handled by our transaction coordinators.
