New Product Development Analyst

Description: This position is responsible for supporting the evaluation and development of new insurance and non-insurance products by conducting research, analyzing data, and assisting with concept-to-market activities. This role focuses on gathering insights, preparing business cases, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure new products meet customer needs and compliance standards. Responsibilities: • Assist in translating enterprise and partner strategies into research and analysis to support new product initiatives. • Conduct market research and financial analysis to evaluate product opportunities. • Prepare reports and summaries to inform prioritization decisions. • Support compliance checks and marketing alignment during development. • Gather data, assist in evaluating new product concepts, and help prepare business cases with pricing and financial projections. • Support coordination with internal teams to ensure documentation and readiness for product launch. • Monitor KPIs, translate insights into optimizations and recommendations • Collaborate with internal teams to provide data and analysis for product development. • Provide analytical support for carrier and vendor discussions. • Assist in preparing product materials and documentation. • Help review compliance requirements and maintain documentation. • Participate in agile-inspired planning sessions and maintain documentation for deliverables. • Update product backlog and tracking progress. • Collect feedback and performance data to support continuous improvement. • Assist in monitoring KPIs and compiling reports. • Help maintain dashboards and scorecards for tracking performance. Prepare materials for monthly product reviews. • Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in related field • Insurance license preferred. • 2-5 years of experience in product development, business analysis, marketing, or related field. • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities. • Detail oriented and ability to work independently • Basic understanding of agile principles preferred. • Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
