Position Summary The Network Operations Specialist controls all aspects of customer benefits plan implementation. This person communicates with stakeholders internally and externally to proactively identify and address critical implementation issues, ensuring customer expectations are consistently satisfied or exceeded. Job duties include (but are not limited to): • Implementing new networks through overseeing provider demographic data. • Communicating regularly and efficiently with clients. • Overseeing contractual rates and performing configurations as needed. • Regularly use data and technical skills to configure information within internal Meritain system. • Utilizing previous industry knowledge to best communicate with providers and other related external parties. • Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications • 3-5 years of experience in provider network configuration, including provider demographic and contractual rate configuration. • Moderate to high skill set utilizing Microsoft Excel to format large data sets. Preferred Qualifications • 3-5 years of experience in claims processing. • Ability to multi-task efficiently. • Working knowledge of execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills. • Working knowledge of business intelligence. • Working knowledge of problem solving and decision-making skills. • Adept at collaboration and teamwork. • Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills. • Bachelor’s degree and/or specialized training. Education • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience (high school diploma or GED + 2 years of relevant experience). Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $122,400.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
