Design, implement, and maintain network solutions to support the company's clients and business objectives.
Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the network infrastructure.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in routing and switching technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement network strategies.
Ensure network security and implement necessary measures to protect against potential threats.
Develop and maintain network documentation and diagrams.
Perform network capacity planning and make necessary recommendations for network upgrades.
Proactively identify and resolve network problems to minimize downtime.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Participate in on-call rotation and respond to network emergencies as needed.
Train and mentor other team members on network technologies and best practices.
Continuously improve network processes and procedures to enhance network efficiency and reliability.
Collaborate with vendors to evaluate and implement new network technologies.
Adhere to strict change management procedures and maintain accurate records of all network changes.
