Doota Industrial America is a leading provider of telecom infrastructure solutions, delivering high performance network and security services to support our operations. We are seeking a highly skilled Network & Security Engineer with CCIE (preferred) or CCNP (required) to oversee network architecture, security services, and infrastructure management at our home office.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure network security and compliance with industry best practices, protecting company systems and data from cyber threats.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and SD-WAN solutions.
• Oversee LAN/WAN, wireless networking, and cloud connectivity for multiple locations.
• Lead incident response and root cause analysis for network and security issues.
• Implement network automation and monitoring tools to improve efficiency and uptime.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to manage hardware, software, and network services.
• Stay updated on emerging network technologies and security threats to recommend strategic improvements.
Qualifications
• CCIE (Preferred) or CCNP (Required) with extensive experience in enterprise networking and security.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in network engineering, architecture, or security.
• Deep expertise in routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, QoS).
• Strong hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and network access control.
• Knowledge of SD-WAN, wireless networking, and cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
• Experience working in telecom infrastructure or industrial networking environments.
• Bilingual in Korean is a plus but not required.
