WHAT YOU WILL DO:
This Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing strategic projects with the intent of driving positive sustained results and improving key performance indicators. The candidate will have a strong understanding of Network concepts, proven successful experience implementing process change, with the ability to work cross-functionally across departments, as well as communicate effectively up and down the organizational structure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leads, plans, and coordinates all aspects of technical projects from initiation through delivery
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel as all documentation is Excel based
Advanced technical understanding of Network projects to discuss site requirements with all stakeholders including but not limited to engineers, PMs, and management
Manages project initiation activities including identifying contractual obligations, client needs and goals, existing situation, necessary contacts, and access to existing information as needed
Proactiveness is required as the role includes many layers of planning from the start of each site deployment from surveys, staging of hardware, and deployments
Effectively communicate all project timelines, deliverables, and risks associated with the completion of each project’s objectives
Manage customer expectations on updates of all documentation throughout the week for both customer internal documents
Serves as liaison between technical and non-technical teams, in internal organizations as well as in client and vendor/subcontractor organizations to ensure all project targets and requirements are met
Conducts project closure activities to formalize and communicate the project acceptance, handover documentation, and ongoing activities to accountable teams and complete a post-implementation review to identify areas of improvement

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Technical Project Management with a focus on Networking
Solid working knowledge of Networking concepts
Successful history of leading, managing, and implementing impactful process improvement projects
Proven self-starter operating with minimal supervision
Ability to manage multiple, sometimes competing priorities
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

DESIRABLE CRITERIA:

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Project Management Certification strongly preferred
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel

$125,000—$135,000 USD
