We are on the lookout for a passionate Network Attorney ready to offer insightful legal guidance in the realms of estate planning, business formation, special needs planning, and various aspects of asset protection law.
Ā Deliver expert legal advice to clients regarding estate planning, business formation, special needs planning, and other relevant legal areas.
Ā Craft essential legal documents, such as trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and other documentation related to estate planning and business formation.
Ā Guide clients in developing and executing strategies aimed at safeguarding and maintaining their assets.
Requirements:
Ā Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Ā Admission to the Kansas State Bar and in good standing with the State Bar.
Ā Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning, business formation, and related areas of law.
Ā Familiarity with special needs planning is highly desirable.
Ā Existing private practice.
Ā Membership to state bar in adjacent states, beneficial.
