Netsuite Developer/Administrator
Are you a NetSuite wizard who thrives on solving complex business challenges and optimizing systems at scale? Peepers is looking for a NetSuite Administrator to join our growing operations team. This isn’t your average admin gig - you’ll be the go-to expert driving everything from custom scripting and API integrations to warehouse and ecommerce connectivity.
In this key role, you'll work across the business - from Finance and CX to the C-Suite - to design, build, and scale tech-forward solutions that streamline operations, supercharge efficiency, and support our omnichannel growth. If you're proactive, technically deep, and love translating business needs into elegant solutions, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:NetSuite System Management
• Own and optimize the NetSuite platform, including workflows, dashboards, saved searches, and permissions
• Manage user roles, training, and documentation
• Support endtoend process automation and continuous improvement
Integration & Development
• Build and deploy custom SuiteScript 2.x solutions
• Develop REST/SOAP API integrations with systems like WMS, EDI, and Shopify
• Oversee ShopifytoNetSuite order flow and support evolving business needs
Operational & Strategic Support
• Lead WMS and EDI integrations, ensuring seamless data and process flow
• Drive SOP documentation and process design
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support warehouse and customer operations
What You Bring
Must-Haves:
• 8+ years of handson NetSuite ERP experience
• Deep expertise with SuiteScript 2.x, REST/SOAP APIs, and RESTlets
• Proven success with WMS and EDI platform integrations
• Experience managing permissions, workflows, dashboards, and saved searches
• Strong problemsolving, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in GitHub or other source control tools and AIbased development workflows
Nice-to-Haves:
• Experience in retail, ecommerce, or omnichannel distribution
• Shopify and SuiteCommerce integration knowhow
• Background with warehouse automation or multiple WMS rollouts
• Comfort supporting remote teams in a Windows environment
