NetSuite Admin - Remote, Eastern U.S.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain the NetSuite system including user setup, roles, permissions, and configurations, including periodic review and adjustment
2. Manage and maintain customizations, custom objects, third party tools / applications and new NetSuite functionality based on evolving business needs.
3. Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining configurations and customizations to meet evolving business needs
4. Create and edit dashboards, saved searches, reports, workflows, KPIs, forms, etc.
5. Create and edit complex searches and reports including distribution to recipients (scheduled, automatic delivery)
6. Perform regular system audits and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and productivity
7. Develop strategies and processes that help us stay up to date with Health Check items and other System updates
8. Manage integrations between NetSuite and other systems Provide ongoing training and support to end-users on the NetSuite system.
9. Support Change Management of NetSuite system
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field 3+ years of experience administering and supporting NetSuite
- NetSuite Certification preferred Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules, including financials, inventory management, and order management
- Experience with customizations, workflows, and scripting in NetSuite -Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
